Cette r\u00e9volution est apport\u00e9e par la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser de nouveaux m\u00e9canismes th\u00e9rapeutiques et de dissocier les diff\u00e9rentes fonctions de la substance m\u00e9dicamenteuse (distribution, effet th\u00e9rapeutique\u2026), ce qui \u00e9tait jusqu\u2019ici impossible avec les m\u00e9dicaments classiques.<\/p>\n<p>La nanom\u00e9decine a permis de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles approches du traitement du cancer, \u00e0 travers l\u2019utilisation de nanoparticules capables de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des effets physiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la cellule maligne.
